There are no differences to the fatality rates for this age group vs seatbelts and the injury rates are only a little more. It is just another excuse for the heartless to look warm and cuddly and to make us spend cash we should't need to spend. I am going to make my kids grow faster to skip this step. Strech 'em maybe.
